Springfield and the surrounding areas are FILLED with gorgeous locations. Finding the perfect spot can be difficult, but not for lack of locations, but because it’s SO hard to choose! I’ve made a list of the BEST engagement session locations in the springfield area!

Nathanael Greene Park

Nathanael Greene Park in Springfield is our favorite place to go as a family. Not only is it a great place to be outdoors, it’s also the best place for photos! The landscaping is beautiful and depending on which season you go (Spring, Summer, Early Fall) You can get a variety of color and floral backgrounds! It’s a timeless location perfect for every couple.

Downtown Springfield

Downtown Springfield has murals, nightlife, and the views. The bustling urban setting is perfect for modern photos. We can step into your favorite bar or coffee shop and add a fun & unique touch to your photos! Speaking of coffee shops…

Coffee Shops

One thing that springfield is NOT lacking is an abundance of coffee shops! Springfield is even home to the Ozarks Coffee Trail! If you’re wanting warm & cozy photos, this is exactly what you’re looking for! Can you imagine a winter coffee session while its snowing outside? That’s a hallmark moment there.

Lake Springfield

You can never go wrong with Lake springfield at sunset! The sun reflecting in the water gives the extra *umph* to every photo. There are plenty of spaces to choose from around the Lake. Bonus points if we rent kayaks and do an adventure session!

Vantage Rooftop

The best views in the city. Enjoy some drinks & take in the view for gorgeous engagement photos with the city all around you. Vantage offers cabanas in the summer & fall and igloos in the winter to elevate this experience.

Sequiota Park

In my humble (and professional) opinion, Sequiota is the most romantic park in Springfield. The benches overlooking a pond filled with swans? Say less. I always recommend Sequiota to couples who want a NYC/ European vibe. Plus, it’s just down the street from a date night in Galloway!

Lightbox

Wanting an indoor engagement session? Lightbox has two vibes! Their downstairs is filled with brick walls & furniture for a cozy vibe and the upstairs is bright & lit with windows on all sides.

These locations arent inside of springfields city limits, but they’re still just as great.

Cassel Vineyards

One of my favorite places ever. They designed the entire place based off their love of italy. On the weekends they are a fully functioning winery with special meals and the most fantastic wines.

Big Cedar Lodge

I’ve filmed a wedding at Big Cedar and let me tell you, it’s gorgeous. The lake views, the rustic landscaping, the entire place is perfect for couples who want a more western/ mountainous session.
