Haley & Blaine | Miami, Oklahoma
It all begins with an idea.
Haley and Blaine celebrated their wedding day at the former Rustic Oaks (Now Modern Oaks) wedding venue surrounded by the BEST family. Seriously, if I could be adopted by anyone, it would be either side.
When doing our pre-wedding call and discussing the details of the day Haley mentioned to me that Blaine and his dudes were going to start the morning playing golf. Instantly, we knew. We would be commandeering a golf cart from the course and chasing those suckers down.
Equipped with our longest lenses, we headed out on the course and followed those suckers around PGA photographer style. We avoided a few hazards along the way and promised* that we would never spill the beans on how many times Blaine ended up in the sand.
*It’s been almost a year, some promises get forgotten. CJ nicknamed him beaches.

Now, I mentioned they had the best families. You can tell from these photos just how much love their parents, siblings, and their people have for them. The day was filled with laughter from everyone.
Small details make a huge difference. The Man of Honor, Issac, had a beer can in his bouquet. How cool is that?!
MY other favorite details included the mums down the aisle, even though I definitely got tripped up on them a time or two, and the beer can cookies during the reception!
Also I vividly remember something about Fresca. It was a huge deal.
Sarah and Taylor Fast | Greenhouse Two Rivers
It all begins with an idea.
Photographed for Complete Weddings & Events Springfield
I don’t know how much cooler the last name Fast gets to be honest. I first met Sarah and Taylor almost a year before their wedding. During their engagement session we all three clicked. They’re the kind of couple you work for when you’re almost 39 weeks pregnant just because you love them so much.
Their engagement session went off without a hitch. We explored the trail out at Lake Springfield and captured some incredible sunset photos. After that it was countdown time!
Sarah and Taylor got married at the gorgeous Greenhouse Two Rivers on one of the best July days of the year. The sun was shining, the weather wasn’t too hot, it was great.

It all begins with an idea.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
